If you haven’t heard about a Hatchimals you’ve probably been living inside an egg ;) Ok that's a bad joke.
Parents all over the world are going nuts for this little toy. You can still score one but for the hefty price of about $150 (an up) on eBay.
Toys R' Us had a shipment last Sunday and lines were wrapped around the store. Target will have them in stock on December 11th. Plan on camping out all night if you want a chance at one.
From Target's website: Look for more Hatchimals hitting Target shelves this week Starting this Sunday, Dec. 11, Target stores across the country will begin to receive dozens of Hatchimals ($59.99), with inventory popping up throughout the week. You’ll need to be quick to scoop these up (limit two per guest) while supplies last, so be sure to check your local store.
UPDATE: Walmart is getting a shipment of Hatchimals December 19th but you should check for certain availability at your local store. *The December 8th shipment sold out.
Before you spend too much or camp out for two days at Target or Walmart this weekend. I suggest you just look at some reviews any website that sells them. The reviews aren't very positive. The majority of these reviews state that their child only played with Hatchimals for the first day. The most exciting part being it’s hatching process (which takes about 20-30 minutes). The hatchimal also goes from infant to adult very quickly (within hours).
You can read one mothers honest review of the Hatchimals here.

The toy certainly looks cute, and fun but if the best part is in the hatching is it worth paying 3x’s the price, or Camping out in the frezzing cold?? NO!
